Features

Alerts reach your team where they already work

Some people live in their inbox, others in Teams, and the night-shift manager only reacts to SMS. Nextriv forces no one to change habits — the same alert can go out over seven channels in parallel, with separate rules for every recipient.

Channels and integrations

Each channel is configured independently: who gets notified, about what, and when.

Email

Clean HTML messages with full alert context: sensor, location, measured value and the threshold breached. Delivered through Resend's professional infrastructure — high deliverability, no spam folder.

In practice: the default channel for the whole team and the basis of the morning review of overnight events.

SMS

A short text message sent via the Polish SMSAPI.pl gateway. Works on every phone — no app, no internet needed on the recipient's side.

In practice: the last-resort channel for critical alerts — it reaches the warehouse worker on the floor and the owner on a weekend.

Web Push

Native browser notifications (VAPID standard) — on desktop and mobile, with no app to install. One click on the notification opens the right view.

In practice: instant information for people already working at a computer — without SMS costs.

Discord

Alerts published via webhook straight to a chosen server channel. The whole team sees the event and the discussion around it in one place.

In practice: the favourite of technical teams — server-room alerts right next to the team's conversations.

Microsoft Teams

Formatted Adaptive Cards on a Teams channel — with the measured value, threshold and severity visible at a glance. Zero copy-pasting.

In practice: quality-team alerts land on the same channel the team already works in all day.

Webhooks

Every alert event can trigger an HTTP request to an address you specify — carrying the full event payload. The simplest way to hook Nextriv into your own systems.

In practice: an automatic ticket in your internal helpdesk or an entry in your maintenance management system.

API

Programmatic access to measurement data for your developers and analysts. The same data you see on the dashboard — available from code.

In practice: custom BI dashboards, integration with corporate reporting, bespoke analyses.

Data input

Measurements reach the platform from Nextriv sensors — via Nextriv gateways and long-range radio. Existing third-party analogue sensors (4–20 mA, 0–10 V) connect through the Nextriv Hub Edge gateway with industrial inputs.

In practice: hardware and platform from a single vendor — everything just works, and the analogue sensors you already own do not end up in the bin.

And inside the app itself: an audible alarm (siren) triggered live on critical events — for workstations that keep the dashboard on screen at all times.

One alert engine, seven ways to reach you

Channels are just endpoints. Who gets notified and when is decided by a shared rules engine.

Notification rules

Filtering by sensor, location, metric and severity — every recipient gets only what concerns them.

Escalations

No reaction within a set time? The alert moves up — to the next person, group or external contact.

Quiet hours

Quiet hours hold back lower-severity notifications outside working hours — without switching off monitoring.

Flood protection

A limit of 3 notifications per 5 minutes per recipient and event deduplication — one problem means one alert, not a hundred.

Recovery notifications

When a value returns to the safe range, the system says so over the same channels — no more wondering whether it is over.

Delivery audit

A delivery history per channel and recipient — you know not just that an alert was raised, but that it actually arrived.

Hardware and platform from a single vendor

Sensors, gateways and cloud designed together — everything just works. And your data and alerts flow onwards, into the systems you already use.

  • Nextriv sensors connect to Nextriv gateways automatically — no configuration, no integrator, no finger-pointing between vendors
  • Existing analogue sensors (4–20 mA, 0–10 V) connect through the Nextriv Hub Edge gateway with industrial inputs
  • Data out via MQTT, webhooks and API — measurements and events feed your systems and analytics tools
  • Measurement exports to XLSX and CSV, reports as PDF — you can always take your data with you
