No. FREE is a fully-fledged plan, not a time-limited trial. It comes with resource limits (including 10 sensors and 1 gateway) and 365 days of measurement history, but the plan itself has no expiry date.
Your existing sensors and data keep working unchanged — once you reach a limit you simply cannot add more resources, e.g. an eleventh sensor. You can then buy an add-on (a sensor or gateway slot) or upgrade to PRO, where limits do not apply.
You can upgrade from FREE to PRO at any moment. If you plan to move back from PRO to FREE or have an unusual billing situation, write to us — we will help find the best option.
The PRO feature set is identical — only the price differs. A 365-day period costs PLN 990 net, while twelve 30-day periods cost PLN 1188 net. Choosing annual billing saves you the equivalent of about two months.
Yes — we issue a VAT invoice for every payment, made out to your company details.
You pay for PRO in 30- or 365-day periods — no long-term commitment. You keep PRO features until the end of the paid period; if you do not renew, your account returns to the FREE plan scope. If in doubt, write to us and we will help you through the process.
Add-ons extend the FREE plan with additional sensor slots (PLN 100 net per slot) and gateway slots (PLN 1000 net per slot). They are not needed on PRO, where resource limits do not apply. If you need more slots, get in touch with us.
