No — FREE and PRO plan prices cover the platform only. List prices for sensors and gateways (net) are shown on the product pages in the catalogue; for larger deployments, write to us and we will prepare a set and a project quote tailored to your site.

No. FREE is a fully-fledged plan, not a time-limited trial. It comes with resource limits (including 10 sensors and 1 gateway) and a 365-day access window to measurement history — the measurements themselves are physically retained longer (at least 5 years) and return in full when you upgrade to PRO. The plan itself has no expiry date.

Once you reach a limit you cannot add more resources (e.g. an eleventh sensor) — you can buy an add-on (a sensor or gateway slot) or upgrade to PRO. If your account exceeds the FREE limits (e.g. after a PRO plan ends), you have 7 days to choose which resources stay active — after the grace period the excess ones are suspended. Safety bonus: for 30 days after suspension measurements are still collected in the background — return to PRO within that time and you get them all back, with no gap; after that, collection stops. Nothing disappears: measurements are physically retained for at least 5 years, on FREE you can view and export the last 365 days of data, and when you upgrade to PRO the suspended resources and full history come back.

You can upgrade from FREE to PRO at any moment. If you plan to move back from PRO to FREE or have an unusual billing situation, write to us — we will help find the best option.

The PRO feature set is identical — only the price differs. A 365-day period costs 990 PLN net, while twelve 30-day periods add up to 1,188 PLN net. Choosing annual billing saves you the equivalent of about two months.

Yes — we issue a VAT invoice for every payment, made out to your company.

You pay for PRO in 30- or 365-day periods — no long-term commitment. You keep PRO features until the end of the paid period; if you do not renew, your account returns to the FREE plan: data access narrows to the last 365 days (your measurement data and configuration are kept — full history returns when you upgrade again), and PRO features — including public tiles and links, scheduled reports, alarm escalations, virtual sensors, floor plans, signed reports, organization-wide export, integrations and branding — stop working. If you have more resources than FREE allows (e.g. more than 10 sensors), you get 7 days to choose which ones stay active — after the grace period the excess ones are suspended and stop collecting data until you return to PRO. Basic alarms, single-sensor export and the summary report remain. If in doubt, write to us and we will help you through the process.

Add-ons extend the FREE plan with additional sensor slots (59 EUR net per slot) and gateway slots (239 EUR net per slot). They are not needed on PRO, where resource limits do not apply. If you need a larger number of slots, get in touch with us.
