What it is for

A spot sensor guards one place; a sensing cable guards one line. But what if water can appear "anywhere around here" — under a dishwasher, in an air-conditioner drip tray, on the floor of a technical cabinet? Nextriv Sense Leak Mat solves exactly that case: a 40 × 40 cm detection membrane reacts to conductive liquid at any point of its surface. It protects a zone, not a point.

The membrane is 0.25 mm thin — it slides under equipment, under raised-floor tiles or into drip trays without lifting anything. It can be vertically trimmed to fit awkward shapes, and the 1 m cable lets you mount the transmitter higher up, in a good radio position. The IP67 transmitter operates from -30 to 70 °C, so unheated technical rooms are fine too.

The philosophy matches the whole Leak family: the alarm fires within seconds of liquid touching the membrane, and a tamper-proof log of 1,000 events with retransmission after connectivity gaps documents the incident from the first second — evidence for insurers and service teams.
